The Gallagher Group has a new paper!!! Jess Conforti, Connor Breus, and Elyssia Gallagher have published an article in the Journal of Proteome Research titled “Designing a Comparative Proteomics Experiment: Retention-Time Alignment and Imputation Algorithms Affect Statistical Comparisons between Samples”. This article focuses on the algorithms used within database searching in proteomics and how your results can vary due to the groupings you use to search your data.
